20% RESTOCK FEE ON RETURNED GOODS WITHIN 10 DAYS. NO REFUNDS AFTER 10 DAYS. This fee is used to cover expenses involved in purchase To avoid restock fees please email or call us to insure the correct part is ordered.
Opened and/or parts that have been installed are not returnable.
ASH SUPPLY CO., Is not liable for late deliveries. We do not work for the Postal Service or UPS. Please refer to your tracking number and call the respective shipping company. Once package is picked up, we have no control over the delivery. Refunds are not given for late deliveries. The nature and season of our busy is subject to weather delays and are out of ours and the shipping companies control. If you do call us about a package, all we can do is provide the tracking number.
Cancelled orders: If you place an order and change your mind, our credit card company does not return the fees. Even if it was just placed. The 3.5% we get charged is non refundable.
Cancelling orders after the order has been shipped: If an order is cancelled after shipping label has been printed, but has not been picked up - shipping fees will be deducted from the order total as we cannot get our shipping fees back once label has been printed. If label hasn't printed, shipping can be refunded.
ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS ARE NON RETURNABLE,
If an item with Free Shipping is returned, we will deduct the original shipping expense from the refund.
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept product back on electrical components that have been opened or items that have been installed. Paint is not returnable. Special order items are not returnable, regardless if consumer ordered incorrect part. UPS shipping charges are not refundable. Customer responsible for return shipping, unless error is on ASH Supply. No returns after 10 days of original purchase date. Returns subject to a 25% restock fee.
Can I order an item that I don't see on the web site?
If you have the part number for a part, enter it in the Search box above. If your search does not bring up the part you were looking for, please contact us via phone (603-444-1154) or email: email@example.com.

What are the shipping times for Ground?
Please call for shipping charges to Alaska. Customers in Alaska MUST order by phone. WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA.
Will you ship to a P.O. box?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. You must have a physical UPS address.
NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR CUT OFF TIME IS 12PM, WEEKENDS NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING DAYS. IF ITEM IS NEEDED FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY PART MUST BE ORDERED BY PHONE, ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES APPLY.
GROUND ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 12PM EST.
MOST ORDERS SHIP SAME DAY, SOMETIMES ITEM SELLS IN STORE AT SAME TIME AN ITEM IS SOLD ON WEB STORE. MAY BE DELAYED
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERIES AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE PACKAGE AFTER FEDEX OR UPS HAS PICKED IT UP.

What credit cards can I use to make a purchase?
Payments for our online store are processed by PayPal or Authorize.net. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase using Paypal, just one of the following types of credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

There is a 25% return fee for items that were shipped for free during a promotion,
We take our customers' privacy very seriously. We will never sell, rent, or share any information given to us by our customers.
How long before my order will ship?
Orders placed before 1pm usually ship same day. Unless SPECIAL ORDER items are needed to complete orders. Stock orders waiting for special orders will be on hold for shipment until special order items have arrived and complete order will ship at once. What does a dash after a part number mean?
Part numbers with dashes after them usually are for changes in a kit or parts. I.E., it can range from a change in the instructions or a vehicle manufacturer change of a vehicle.
Why is there two parts numbers?
FISHER/WESTERN/BIZZARD are all owned by Douglas Dynamics. When ordering parts from ASH Supply, you will receive parts in FISHER packaging or plain brown boxes. FISHER & WESTERN use different numbers for some items.
FREE SHIPPING: NOT all parts qualify for free shipping. This is due to weight or dimensions that are charged at higher shipping rates. COUPON CODE is required for free shipping when coupon is valid.
Please note: All chemicals, greases, oil products, paints, waxes and additives are non-returnable AND electrical components may not be returned if the original packaging is open!
